Restaurant - Capacity
Vine Restaurant's guest capacity for sit-down functions is 100, and for a cocktail-style function where no dance floor is required we can accommodate 250 guests.


Intimate Dining Room
This area is a separate section and has a capacity of 25 guests for a sit-down function, and 50 for a cocktail-style function.


Exclusive Use of Restaurant
A venue hire fee may apply if the entire restaurant is to be booked for exclusive use but where maximum venue capacity is not required.

To book the entire restaurant for a function, there is a minimum charge for food and beverages of $8000 for Friday and Saturday evenings. For Saturday and Sunday lunches the minimum charge for food and beverages of $4000 negotiable.


Children
Vine Restaurant is happy to cater for the needs of children at weddings and functions, special menus can be designed to suit all ages.
 

Bookings of 14 to 20 people
For group booking of 14 to 20 people a reduced menu is suggested.

Hors d’Oeuvres stand up function
The restaurant is available for stand up cocktail functions for 20 to 250 guests. We have a number of options to choose from. To view the Hors d’Oeuvres follow this link.


Seated Function
For groups of 20 to 100 an alternate drop menu is suggested.

Weekend Long Lunches
We also offer menus for Saturday and Sunday long lunches. Weekend Long Lunches are particularly popular for Christenings and Birthday parties.

Choosing Beverages

For weddings and large functions, we recommend an “on consumption” method of purchasing beverages. Expenditure can be set to suit the client’s requirements and a wide variety of beverages is available to any occasion.

Alternatively we are able to put together a drinks package on request. Prior to the event, we are able to work with you to help to compile a wine and beverages list appropriate to the event and number of guests.
